COME PREPARED FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH THE RIGHT VACCINATIONS
Your dog must have up-to-date vaccinations at all times. Please provide your dog’s records at your first visit. Your dog’s health is important to us, and we work hard to ensure all the dogs that visit our facility are protected.

For your convenience, we accept faxed records. You can call your vet and have the information sent to directly or you can bring it in person. Thank you for your understanding.
Help us keep our clients safe, happy, and healthy! For the protection of your dog and other dogs at our salon, we require that your pet's records have the following vaccinations:
- Rabies
- DHLPP (distemper hepatitis, leptispirosis, parenfluenza, and parvovirus)
- Bordetella (kennel cough)
All vaccinations must be given at least 7 days before your appointment, but within the last year. Puppies should have at least 2 sets of shots, before coming for their first groom. Please confirm that your dog has been vaccinated against Bordetella, as it is not standard for all vets.
